Hog Heaven offers expert-led training in pistol, carbine, and tactical skills through our Carbine Club program, along with a high-energy physical training course, Pistol PT. Both programs are led by seasoned industry professionals and emphasize progress, safety, and camaraderie.
For a more personalized experience, private shooting lessons are also available. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refine your technique, one-on-one instruction is a great way to build confidence and sharpen your skills.

A native of South Carolina, Madison Sharpe is a professional sporting clays shooter & shotgun instructor that coaches all disciplines of clay target shooting.
Madison is an EXTREMELY accomplished Clay shooter HAVING WON REGIONAL, NATIONAL, AND WORLD TITLES—INCLUDING the 2024 Ladies WORLD ENGLISH SPORTING CLAYS CHAMPIONSHIP.
NEAL BANGS
SHOTGUN INSTRUCTOR (PREFERRED PARTNER)
A seasoned sporting clays coach with over a decade of experience, Neal specializes in helping shooters of all skill levels improve consistency, confidence, and technique. Known for HIS clear, encouraging coaching style, Neal focuses on fundamentals and developing a strong mental game.
Neal is passionate about helping shooters reach their personal goals and ENSURING THEY enjoy the sport to its fullest.
NICHOLAS VEDROS
PISTOL / PRECISION RIFLE INSTRUCTOR
Nicholas has more than 25 shooting and outdoor certifications and has trained with some of the world’s finest instructors. He is a passionate teacher of pistol, and his education is rooted in his true love for precision rifle. While Nicholas does not tout himself as a tactical guru or a competitor, his knowledge and passion for teaching is perfect for bringing most students up on step in the sport.
AFTER SIX SUCCESSFUL YEARS AS THE OWNER OF SPORTSMAN’S FINEST RETAIL STORE, Nicholas’ latest project at Hog Heaven Sporting Club takes aim at the outdoor industry where he believes great community, great stories, and great education, can transform people’s ideas of all that we have in common within our communities and the outdoors.

DUFF CULP
LTC CERTIFICATION (PREFERRED PARTNER)
Duff is a licensed LTC instructor who focuses on clarity in Texas carry laws and sharp foundational shooting skills. Through in-person or hybrid class formats, he teaches practical, repeatable methods that work under stress. His goal is simple: help good people get better.
Duff does not offer a one-size-fits-all program. Students are evaluated where they are—whether they are brand new, using new optics, or already experienced. Safety and repeatable fundamentals guide every session.
Whether you’re new to firearms or looking to sharpen existing skills, Duff’s approach meets you where you are and builds the fundamentals you can rely on when it matters most.
CALEB REECE
ARCHERY Instructor (PREFERRED PARTNER)
Caleb Reece is a seasoned bowhunter with over 15 years of experience in the field. Growing up in a family of hunters and outdoorsmen, Caleb‘s passion for the outdoors is ingrained in his DNA. He has dedicated over 10 years to teaching archery, sharing his knowledge and skills, and inspiring a new generation of archers.
In addition to his extensive experience as an instructor, Caleb has been active in competitive archery for over five years, honing his skills and achieving success in the sport. As a bow technician, CALEB IS committed to ensuring that each bow is perfectly tuned and ready for action.
Whether he’s guiding students, fine-tuning equipment, or out in the field, Caleb’s love for the outdoors drives everything he does.
CLAY HERGERT
Precision Rifle Instructor (PREFERRED PARTNER)
Clay is a native of the Texas Panhandle and began hunting and shooting at a young age, developing a lifelong passion for outdoor sports.
Clay qualified as a Navy SEAL in 2002 and after his military service, HE continued to refine his SKILLS through the Precision Rifle Series competition circuit.
Clay leads numerous programs for both beginners & experts. he is also available for private lessons.
