What It Is:
This military-style workout will build your endurance and test your pistol shooting skills.

Engage in a customized work-out program that will teach you new fitness techniques, as well as shooting tips from our on-staff trainers.

All Premier Club Members who are focused on improving their physical fitness and shooting skills—while enjoying the camaraderie of the program.

Every Tuesday and Thursday Morning from 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM + Saturdays before Carbine Club
Required Gear & Equipment:
– Pistol and 3+ magazines
– Shooting belt & holster
– Eye and ear protection
– 40+ Rounds of ammunition
– (Optional) Dump pouch
– (Optional) Plate carrier or weighted vest
Prerequisites:
Although Pistol PT is designed to scale to your current fitness level, we don’t recommend this program for anyone new to heavy cardio or functional fitness.

Functional workout paired with guided pistol range designed to increase discipline and efficiency shooting under physical stress. Get your endorphins pumping and learn valuable skills that could save your life.
Challenging and fun, Pistol PT combines a functional workout with drills designed to build disciplined pistol mechanics under physical stress. You’ll leave exhausted from a demanding workout while feeling accomplished from working through drills at an elevated heart rate.
This course is designed to push participants physically while still scaling to your current fitness level. We don’t recommend this course for anyone brand new to fitness or who isn’t used to cardio heavy or functional fitness.
