Challenging and fun, Pistol PT combines a challenging and physical functional workout with drills designed to build disciplined pistol mechanics under physical stress. You’ll leave exhausted from a demanding workout while feeling accomplished from working through drills at an elevated heart rate.
This course is designed to push participants physically while still scaling to your current fitness level. We don’t recommend this course for anyone brand new to fitness or who isn’t used to cardio heavy or functional fitness.
