Jesse will lead an immersive two-hour wild hog butchery class covering start-to-finish techniques—from breaking down the animal to sausage-making and seasonal cooking methods that’ll serve you well year-round.\nAfter class\, settle in for a family-style wild game dinner prepared live-fire on a Mill Scale grill\, complete with seasonal sides that showcase Jesse’s signature approach to local\, wild cuisine.
