Hog Heaven Sporting Club presents Field to Fire, an exclusive chef series bringing some of Central Texas’ most talented culinary voices to the Hill Country for unforgettable live-fire dining.
Our second installment features Colter Peck (@colterpeck), a chef known for his playful yet refined approach to global cuisine. With experience in acclaimed kitchens from Portland to Austin and now collaborating closely with Mill Scale Metalworks, Colter brings curiosity and creativity to every dish, with a deep commitment to seasonality, local farms, and live-fire cooking.
Join us for a multi-course menu prepared over open flame, featuring wild game and Central Texas ingredients. Colter’s approach is simple: great food should spark imagination and joy. The afternoon includes live music, complimentary wine and beer, and the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful scenery that makes Hog Heaven special.
