Join us at the Hog Heaven Party Barn for the dining event of the season! Master Chef Luigi Gandola will be once again be treating us to a special culinary experience, exclusive for our members. We are excited to welcome back our Premier Club Members to the Hog Heaven Party Barn for this delectable evening of food and community. If you attended this dinner last year, you know that Luigi’s magnetic personality and artful Italian cuisine combine to create an evening not to be missed.

FROM ITALY TO THE HILL COUNTRY
Guests will enjoy an authentic Northern Italian dinner with fresh ingredients and wines flown directly from Lake Como. Chef Luigi travels with authentic ingredients, used to prepare real Italian dishes, including hand-picked truffles, fresh olive oil, and zucchini flowers from his garden, pairing each flavor with select wines shipped straight from Italy to the Hill Country. 

AN ALL-INCLUSIVE EVENING
We invite you to gather your friends and family for this all-inclusive evening featuring a four-course meal, curated wine pairings, an open bar with signature cocktails, and great company! 

MAKE IT A DATE NIGHT
We’re offering a sitting service at the clubhouse where we’ll be serving a slightly more casual Italian meal—pizza. We’ll also have games and movies, with plenty of kid wranglers to keep the little ones safe and entertained. Our sitting service is included with your ticket to Table d’Italia.
