This exclusive evening invites our members to gather, connect, and enjoy something truly special.

FROM THE HILL COUNTRY WITH GLOBAL FLAVOR
Guests will experience paella as it’s meant to be—prepared live in two impressive 36-inch pans. Lisa’s approach combines Spanish Bomba rice, rich sofrito, colorful vegetables, and thoughtfully selected meats and/or seafood. Expect bold, satisfying flavors with ingredients like marinated chicken, smoked pork, local sausages, shrimp, and mussels—beautifully presented and perfect for sharing.

1. Meat Only Paella: Pork, pork sausage, chicken, vegetables, olive oil, Bomba rice, and seasoned chicken stock.
2. Seafood & Meat Paella: Shrimp, mussels, clams, pork, pork sausage, chicken, vegetables, olive oil, Bomba rice, and seasoned chicken stock.

AN EVENING FOR ADULTS (21+ ONLY)
This is a 21+ event designed for couples and friends to unwind and enjoy great food, drinks, live music, and atmosphere. With paella cooking live on-site, the evening is as much about the experience as it is the meal.
