Schedule: 8:30 AM – Registration & Breakfast 9:30 AM – Welcome 10:00 AM – Shotgun Start 1:00 PM – Lunch & Live Music 1:30 PM – Awards
Entry: Team (4-Person) – $900 Individual – $275
Entry includes breakfast, lunch, drinks, live music, event t-shirt, and free raffle entry. Additional opportunities: flurry, mulligans, silent auction, shotgun raffle, and more.
Prizes: Belt buckles for 1st place team and top male/female shooters Trophies for 2nd and 3rd place teams Flurry winner prizes.
What to Bring: At least 100 rounds of ammo (unless provided), ear and eye protection. Personal golf carts/UTVs permitted, or rent a golf cart on-site (first come, first served).
About TEXSAR: TEXSAR volunteers respond to floods, hurricanes, missing person searches, and disasters across Texas. Your participation helps train and equip these responders to reach communities in crisis.
